OREX ROTOMOULDING sp. z o.o. with legal headquarters in Poland informs to have acquired the following assets in the bankruptcy AES Srl no. 113/19, after authorization for sale by the bankruptcy Caccia Engineering Srl:
- the figurative trademark "CACCIA ENGINEERING" consisting of a red oval as the outer border with the words "CACCIA" also in red on a white background with the first "C" in a black spiral circle with "ENGINEERING" in bold red below, registered in Italy (UIBM) at the number 1613509, in the European Union (EUIPO) at the number 014176002 and in India (CGDPTM) at the number 2863576;
- the trademark "CACCIA Engineering" and the trademark "AES" in any of their figurative representation and everywhere used by the companies Caccia Engineering Srl and AES Srl;
- the domains and websites: www.cacciaeng.it; www.cacciaeng.org; www.cacciaeng.net; www.cacciaengineering.it; www.cacciaengineering.com; www.cacciaengineering.net; www.cacciaengineering.org; www.aescacciagroup.it; www.aescacciagroup.com; www.aescorp.it;
- technical drawings and documentation relating to orders and contract execution, including servers, computers, hardware media with data.
OREX ROTOMOULDING sp. z o.o. is therefore the new owner of the exclusive rights of use, economic use and related proprietary rights of the aforesaid patrimony and invites any subject to desist from any behavior that may infringe these exclusive rights of its intellectual, industrial and commercial property, warning that any possible violation and/or imitation will be prosecuted with legal remedies.
